Shipping policy


After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 1-5 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during sales, new product launches and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

Once a package is picked up and scanned into the carrier's system, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; please reach out to the carrier directly for missing or stolen packages. 


All packages are shipped out of our New York studio. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. 
Preorders will be shipped out in the order they are received. The estimated date for shipping will be listed in the details section of each product. Please note the dates are estimates and can be updated without notice.

If your order contains one or more items listed as "preorder" the whole package will be shipped when contents become available. 

For expedited shipping, we recommend placing two separate orders. One with pre-order items and one with in-stock items. 


Due to COVID-19, orders are taking longer than usual to process and ship orders. WE CANNOT CONTROL HOW QUICKLY UPS and USPS SCANS, SORTS AND DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE.


We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
